AZAD is seeking an Electrical Estimator for a full-time permanent employment position based in Evansville, IN.
This position is full-time on-site in Evansville, IN. Relocation assistance may be available but not guaranteed.
The annual salary range for this position is between $115k-$125k depending on related qualifications and experience.

Essential Functions :
Prepare cost estimates for various projects, including conceptual, design-build, and general tender work.
Independently calculate materials, labor, and equipment costs based on proposals, plans, and specifications, including project closings.
Review data to determine material and labor requirements, creating detailed itemized lists.
Draft requests for quotations to secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
Utilize estimating software (e.g., Accubid Classic or Anywhere) for precise cost calculations.
Collaborate with the Estimating Manager to establish indirect costs and overheads for each estimate.
Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve company objectives.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent trade experience.
2 years of electrical estimating experience in the electrical contracting industry.
Experience in developing electrical service quotes / estimates in a similar role.
Knowledge of electrical sub-trades scope of work.
Solid understanding of electrical drawings and the ability to interpret schematics and P&IDs.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel); knowledge of Accubid Estimating Software.
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, contractors, and other business partners.
Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple competing priorities and timelines.
