- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care and sterile processing
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and provide care for patients across various age groups, including toddlers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Support patients with primary care needs and behavioral health concerns
- Engage in case management to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
