We are seeking a dynamic team leader for our 3 meal restaurant, bar and in-room dining. This person will work 5 day shifts from 5 : 45am-3pm or 3-11pm on a weekly basis with occasionally taking a mid-shift. The person will be the floor manager in charge on their shift. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager. We are open 24 / 7 / 365 so the Supervisor must be able to work weekends and holidays as well. Lead and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service.
Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance and address any performance issues or disciplinary matters.
Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
