We offer a flexible part-time schedule of 25-35 hours per week, with a minimum guaranteed compensation of 25 hours weekly regardless of seasonal fluctuations. This provides both income stability and schedule flexibility to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive conversion
- Analyze customer journey touchpoints and implement improvements to optimize the shopping experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product presentation and customer experience across Amazon pages
- Lead merchandising initiatives that align with business goals and seasonal strategies
- Create and maintain merchandising calendars and promotional planning
- Utilize data analytics to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product placement
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in digital retail or e-commerce operations
- Previous experience at Amazon (Required)
- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, product presentation, and customer journey optimization
- Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Project management abilities with experience in fast-paced retail environments
- Proven track record of working in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
