As a Personal Consultant (PC) for Azamara Cruises, the team member will be responsible for promoting sales directly to consumers by developing and nurturing strong customer relationships via outbound phone calls. This position is focused on identifying travel needs while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with direct guests. The individual will play a crucial role in driving sales directly with consumers.

Participate in Team Meetings: Regular attendance at daily team meetings and sales training sessions will ensure the team is well-versed in effective sales techniques and can convey accurate information to consumers. This collaboration also fosters a supportive team environment.
Engage in Mass Email Campaigns: The PC will participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific customer profiles. This involves crafting compelling messages that resonate with the audience and encourage engagement with Azamara products.
Perform Additional Duties: The PC may be assigned other job-related functions as needed, contributing to various projects or initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum one year sales experience; cruise sales a plus. Familiarity of global luxury travel destinations recommended but not required.
Knowledge And Skills
Strong verbal communication skills including professional telephone etiquette. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with travel reservations systems a plus. Knowledge of CRM products, HubSpot a plus. Ability to quickly learn and maintain current knowledge of Azamara products and services. Ability to work well and maintain a professional composure while under stress and pressure, displaying efficient multitasking abilities. Possess a strong drive and high energy to reach specified sales goals.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Call center agents typically have several physical requirements, including the ability to sit for extended periods at a computer terminal and, in some cases, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. They must be skilled in using their hands to operate tools and controls, possess close vision and color vision for visual tasks, and have the ability to hear and distinguish speech and sounds clearly. Additionally, agents may need to demonstrate balance and perform actions such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as required by their role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid work environment: In-office from Monday to Thursday, remote work on Friday and weekends. Team members must be able to perform effectively in a high-energy environment with occasional elevated noise levels, as well as work independently in their remote office without distractions.
