What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Helping with bathing, dressing, meals, and meds.
- Being a calm voice when things get loud or confusing.
- Cleaning up messes, literally and emotionally.
- Spotting the little changes that could save someone’s life.
- Running errands, being a driver, a listener, a fixer, a friend.
What You Won’t Be Doing:
- Sitting around waiting to be needed—you’ll always be needed.
- Pretending caregiving is easy—it’s not, and we’ll never say it is.
- Working alone—we’ve got your back every step of the way.
Pay: $12.25–$15.25/hr based on experience.
Location: Wichita, KS
Experience: Helpful, but not required. Heart matters more.
