Job Overview : Were looking for an experienced PR Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion PR, influencer marketing, and the ever-evolving digital media landscape. The role will focus on expanding influencer and editorial relationships, managing influencer campaigns, coordinating PR initiatives and events, and supporting high-profile partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, highly organized, building relationships comes easy and creative, with a deep knowledge of fashion, celebrity, and pop culture. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of leading projects from inception to execution. Responsibilities and Duties : Develop and implement strategic PR and influencer marketing plans to amplify Azazies brand awareness, drive engagement and conversion Identify and build relationships with influencers, and media contacts, focusing on bridal, fashion, and lifestyle verticals. Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative PR and influencer marketing initiatives. Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including recruitment, negotiation, content approval, and performance tracking. Ensure campaigns align with brand goals and deliver measurable results. Track influencer performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for leadership. Monitor and manage media requests, product orders, and sample requests for PR agencies, editors, and celebrities. Track and analyze media coverage, identifying opportunities for increased visibility. Support the planning and execution of media events, press previews, and influencer activations. Partner with internal teams (social, creative, and merchandising) to develop cohesive campaigns and maximize brand storytelling opportunities. Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination of influencer and PR initiatives. Provide timely updates to the Sr. PR & Brand Marketing Manager and escalate issues when necessary. Create and manage influencer codes, track orders, and handle returns / exchanges. Create content briefs for influencer programming Update SOPs based on process changes and improvements. Assist with maintaining an organized database of influencer and media contacts. Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or related fields within fashion or beauty. People-oriented; Highly social, extroverted, and naturally adept at building and maintaining relationships with influencers, media, and internal teams. Passion for fashion; Strong interest in bridal, eveningwear, and fashion trends. Strong communication, writing, and negotiation skills. Strategic Thinker; ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in social media platforms, PR tools, and reporting software. Traackr knowledge is a plus. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
