Collection Technician

AZC Drug Testing is a full-service drug and alcohol testing program administrator. We provide fully managed department of transportation regulated and drug free workplace programs for both large and small private employers from a wide variety of industries, government municipalities, state and federal agencies, school districts and individuals. Based in Tucson, AZ, we have 6 clinic offices and mobile services throughout Arizona but also service clients nationwide through our collection network partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducts federally regulated and non-regulated urine, oral fluid, breath alcohol test and other specimen collections following strict compliance protocols (training and certifications will be provided)
• Accurately follows collection, chain of custody, packaging and shipping protocols
• Maintains accurate records, files and logs of collection activities.
• Provide timely and professional communication with clients via email or phone
• Provides accurate, efficient and detailed customer service.
• Works cooperatively with other staff.
• Maintains strict confidentiality with regard to all aspects of operations including storage of documents and protections of electronic records.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

· Must pass both a criminal background check and drug test and have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Must show strong customer service skills, conducting themselves professionally and competently at all times in both appearance and demeanor.

· Must possess an attention to detail with legible handwriting, accurate record keeping, solid organizational skills and strict adherence to schedules.
