Maintenance Technician IV_RP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Training:
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their technical abilities and improve overall maintenance performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring team members consistently achieve high-quality results in maintenance activities.
2. Safety and Compliance:
• Maintain strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ensure all team members comply with safety protocols.
• Lead by example to foster a culture of workplace safety and risk awareness.
3. Technical Proficiency:
• Perform high-level maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC systems, pulverizers, and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on pulverizers, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to meet or exceed operational goals.
• Utilize advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and controller drives, to support maintenance processes and documentation.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues and guide team members.
4. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
• Resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation failures with minimal disruption to operations.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions that improve reliability and reduce recurrence.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Proactively identify and execute opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate best practices and optimize workflows for long-term performance gains.
