Essential Functions
- Lead the Quality Engineering Team (Wilmington PVC Deck, Rail, cWPC Deck) across the enterprise (Wilmington, Scranton, Boise) to develop strong technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist the company leadership in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related Apply statistical and quality tools to analyze data and perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (e.g., Fishbone Diagram, 6M, 5Whys), execute CAPA processes and improve process capabilities (e.g.,5S, Lean, 6 Sigma, DOE, SPC)
- Identify/Implement/Improve inspection techniques for manufacturing employees to properly interpret quality standards, and support quality procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to promote a culture of quality.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Required
Experience: 5 plus years of experience
Computer Skills: Strong skills in Minitab, MS Office, PowerBI, ERP systems required
Certifications & Licenses:
CQE, Six Sigma Certifications (Black Belt preferred)
Other Requirements: Experience/knowledge of Quality systems such as ISO, Six Sigma, TQ, PDSA, CI, 5S
