In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our Technical Customer Service department by managing warranty claims, processing customer documentation, and ensuring seamless data integrity.

Pay Range: $18.37-$22.40 / Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
What You’ll Do:
- Warranty Claims Management: Input and audit claims for accuracy, assess complaint details, and assign cases to Warranty Specialists.
- Customer Support: Communicate with consumers to gather necessary documentation and ensure smooth claim processing.
- Data Accuracy & Organization: Maintain claims databases, monitor complaint submissions, and update records as needed.
- Process Documentation: Prepare homeowner/retail documentation, process check requests, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- File & Report Management: Review open claims, close inactive files, and maintain historical archives.
- Team Collaboration: Provide updates to Warranty Specialists and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access); knowledge of ERP systems (like JD Edwards) is a plus..
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment..
