Sales Administrator

Mission
The sales administrator is responsible for processing customer sales orders, and managing the process through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through operational expertise. This role interacts with Commercial and Operational Teams, working closely with commercial assistants and supply chain administrators.
Main Accountabilities
Ensure correct and timely customer sales order processing
- Review process sales orders in the Azelis ERP system. Liaise with the Sales managers to tackle any blocking point (data issues, shortages, claims, credit limits, and overdue) that would prevent / delay customer deliveries.
- Provide the best quality of service to customers to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with Supply Chain team members to ensure the proper life cycle of the order (delivery date, order closing).
- Issue Invoice / Credit notes
- Monitor and manage open orders and ensure daily updates of back order lines
Ensure conformity & contribute to sustainability
Contribute to continuous process optimization and excellent teamwork
