Job Summary
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives within a designated geographic area. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, meet targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and team management.
Responsibilities
- 75% car travel
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic sales plans
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking - Implement and oversee territory management strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships
- Utilize sales management software to track progress and optimize performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency in sales management software is a plus
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing sales
