Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our team. The TSM will serve as a key representative for one of Azend Pharma’s clients, a specialty pharmacy, within the designated territory. In this role, you will be marketing your pharmacy’s services to healthcare providers. You will be responsible for executing innovative sales strategies aimed at driving pharmacy growth and maximizing client satisfaction.

The TSM will serve as a key representative for one of Azend Pharma’s clients, a specialty pharmacy, within the designated territory. In this role, you will be marketing your pharmacy’s services to healthcare providers. You will be responsible for executing innovative sales strategies aimed at driving pharmacy growth and maximizing client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for establishing the specialty pharmacy as the preferred pharmacy of choice by identifying opportunities to support prescribers and their patients through a consultative and relationship-based approach. TSM will act as a liaison between medical practices and the pharmacy.
Important Note: This is strictly an in-person role. Candidates must be physically present in the field and not working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare market, pharmacy operations, prescriber workflows, and specialty pharmacy services.
· Achieve sales growth through creating new and maintaining existing prescriber relationships.
· Pre-call planning to ensure an organized workflow and effective sales techniques.
· Document calls and notes in our CRM, and complete strategic planning reports.
Qualifications:
· One year of healthcare or related sales experience preferred.
· Strong communications and presentation skills with a competitive desire to succeed.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Applicant must have a valid US driver's license and car for travel and driving record in compliance with company standards.
· Candidate must live within 25 miles of territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Uncapped commission
