The OpCo CHRO is a Senior Director level role and leads the HR function for the operating company, ensuring alignment with the overall business and Global HR strategy. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, HR service delivery, and talent management processes, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The CHRO is part of the Operating Company and Global HR Leadership teams. The CHRO works collaboratively with the leaders across OpCo and Global HR to define, improve and drive initiatives that support the OpCo’s growth and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the OpCo’s business goals and objectives.
- Organizational Design : Design and implement organizational structures that enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
- Talent Management : Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to ensure the OpCo attracts and retains top talent. Collaborate with the Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) to propose changes to existing talent processes, tools, resources, and partnerships.
- Employee Relations : Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date local HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits : Manage compensation processes for the OpCo talent and collaborate with the Total Rewards COE to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining employees.
- Training and Development : Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development in collaboration with the Talent Management COE.
- Diversity and Inclusion : Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Budget Management : Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
