Join a team as a Production Supervisor with a specialty chemical manufacturing facility in Joliet, IL. In this hands-on role, you will lead production floor operations, oversee employees, and maintain compliance with ISO standards. As a Production Supervisor, you will collaborate with the plant manager and safety manager to implement process improvements, ensure quality, and foster a culture of safety. You’ll take ownership of training and development for employees, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train and develop employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and equipment use.
- Oversee batch records, ISO documentation, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to address risks and enhance the safety culture.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including facility upgrades and equipment needs.
Schedule: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay: $75-100k/year
Production Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in chemicals or similar industries (e.g., food or pharmaceuticals).
- Hands-on leadership skills, with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
