Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in long- and short-term program development and planning.

• Establish clear ownership assigned tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of program objectives as prescribed by Department Guidelines

• Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.

• Assist with project issues, identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.

• Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to Program Managers and manufacturing personnel.

• Interfaces with Program Managers and Sales/Account Managers, fostering a strong relationship, responding to team members needs in a timely and professional manner.

• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, and other program specific documentation.

• Reviews customers document, creates part numbers, answers inquiries from the Sales Department.

• Ensure all communications with Program Managers and Sales/Account Managers are handled in a timely manner.

• Prepare folders for quotation. Ensure all department supervisors/managers review the folders and provide feedback in a timely manner.

• Schedules and participates in Program Management and Sales/Account Managers meetings and assists in resolving production and/or engineering issues.

• Maintain records of any customer supplied products or measurement devices.

• Maintains customer drawings and documents on the Public Drive.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:20 as it relates to the job.

• Able to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient with a variety of MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other related software.

• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and able to interact with all levels of the company.

• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability adjusting to changing priorities and ambiguity.

• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Professional attitude and ability to maintain highly confidential information without compromise.

• Possess integrity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

• Safety and security—the individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or related field.

2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

3. Proficient with MS office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related software's.

7. High School Diploma or equivalent.

8. Strong organizational skills in an ever-changing environment.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,000.00 per year
