Key Responsibilities
Lead Client Program Success : Oversee the full lifecycle of client implementations, from strategic planning through execution. Serve as the single point of accountability for the success of each program, ensuring alignment with both client and Azimuth’s objectives.
Strategic Program Planning and Governance : Develop and approve comprehensive program plans, coordinating tasks across internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. Establish governance structures, manage milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement : Build and manage relationships with executive stakeholders, providing clear, regular updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes. Maintain a strong presence with clients, presenting complex project updates with clarity and responsiveness.
Resource and Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support program objectives, maximizing efficiency and maintaining financial oversight across projects.
Change Leadership : Drive transformational initiatives across client and internal teams. Utilize proven change management practices to support clients through transition, mitigate resistance, and promote successful adoption of Azimuth’s solutions.
Efficiency and Risk Mitigation : Implement risk management strategies, including issue resolution, decision tracking, and a standard change control process. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhancing productivity and program quality.
Team Leadership and Development : Supervise program and project managers, providing mentorship, resolving complex challenges, and developing team capabilities to support Azimuth’s client success standards.
Core Qualifications
Extensive Program Management Experience : 8 years of experience leading complex, large-scale implementation programs, ideally within financial services, fintech, or consulting. Proven expertise in delivering results within client-facing, high-stakes environments.
Financial Services and Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of financial services, particularly in lending and investment management, with experience in software implementation and configurable systems. Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Strategic Problem-Solver : Strong analytical mindset with the ability to devise innovative solutions, adapt to changing circumstances, and make strategic, data-driven decisions to optimize program outcomes.
Executive-Level Communication : Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with demonstrated success managing executive-level stakeholders and aligning diverse perspectives.
Leadership and Collaboration : Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams across levels, locations, and business units. Skilled in creating alignment, setting clear expectations, and driving accountability across highly matrixed environments.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields is required; advanced degree (MBA) or certifications (PMP, Agile) are highly valued.
