- Project manage all aspects of the client implementation process, including overall project management, monitoring project status, and documenting success criteria throughout the entirety of the implementation
- Utilize Jira to manage and track team deliverables, ensuring efficient project workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with external clients and internal operational functional teams
- Participate in weekly client meetings, effectively managing project deliverables, documenting takeaways, and adhering to milestone timelines
- Effectively communicate project status to external stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Facilitate internal status updates, including executive-level dashboard development and status updates
- Execute the implementation project plan, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Identify project risks and mitigate issues, identifying solutions for remediation
- Execute tasks with various interdepartmental resources to support multiple clients at any given time
- Comprehend and complete tasks associated with various types of implementation projects, including onboarding new clients, new products, and client system upgrades
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, including developing objectives, prioritizing responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing deliverables, and tracking and measuring projects to successful completion.
- Review processes and procedures and recommend improvements to management and other departments within the company to increase productivity and quality
- Must be able to work effectively, maintaining high quality work, in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with creating procedures and documentation of processes
- Previous experience with client software implementations a plus
- Experience with SQL, Tableau a plus
- 7 years of proven experience in project management
- 5 years of experience in the in the Financial Services, specifically lending products (Mortgage, Auto, Credit Card)
- B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
