The Dietary Manager assistant will help the dietary manager with all activities & cooking of the Culinary Service Department and dining room.

The boring (but very important) stuff:
- Dietary Manager Certification (preferred but may work with the right person to obtain)
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred;
- Three years of experience in food service preparation and managing staff.
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public, cheerfully and with enthusiasm.
- Must meet employment requirements, including TB, criminal background check, and drug screen.
