Duties will include coordinating staff as needed throughout all Azria facilities. This includes receiving and promptly acting on request for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis . It includes assisting in monitoring facility staffing ratios, HPPD information and staffing trends. This includes ensuring facilities are staffing to state and federal requirements and reporting as such accurately. This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in each facility. This position also requires some on-call duties.
Experience : Staffing experience is a must.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentially.
