Job Title: General Assembler – Part Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assemble, inspect, and package components according to specifications. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, gathering materials, ensuring correct fit, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position reports to the Operations Leader and focuses on quality, accuracy, and team collaboration. This part-time position offers 24-28 hours per week, with standard working hours between 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (depending on candidate’s availability).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
- Verify specifications by measuring completed component
- Inspect, clean and package parts to specifications
- Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications or obtaining additional resources
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have basic computer and math skills
- Must have the ability to follow instructions
- Must be very detail oriented and quality focused
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
