As the Head of Client Solutions you will form part of the US Management Team, contributing to our ambitious growth plans and leading the team to success. The successful candidate will play a significant, strategic role in setting the "where to play" and "how to win" agenda for the US team. You will hold primary responsibility for driving the execution of the strategy in partnership with clients and prospects as well as, play an integral role in defining and onboarding our larger and more complex client activities.
What you'll be doing
Bachelor's and/or a more advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required. 10 years experience in the Alternative Investments industry. 7 years working in more than one of following roles: fund accounting, product development, client solutions, operational consulting, client onboarding, application enhancements and/or systems conversions. Possess a deep understanding of broad US Fund Operations – i.e. exposure to and understanding of numerous fund types, e.g.

What you'll be doing
- Direct and own Aztec's 'Where to Play' and 'How to Win' agenda.
- Work with US Management Team to solidify requirements and drive solutions for both clients and prospects.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to align the overall needs of the business to drive transformative change into the client facing teams.
- Support the continued advancement of Aztec's enhanced product offering, technology solutions and increase capacity.
- Keep abreast of US market changes and nuances to ensure that client/prospect needs are being well understood and fulfilled.
- Leverage Aztec's huge selection of Gold Standard processes and ever-progressing technology capabilities to exceed client expectations.
- Raise awareness in the US team (as well as for the global support teams) as to changing client and prospect demands and expectations.
- Work in concert across Aztec's client service and commercial teams to ensure maximization of solutions for our broad, global client base with the desired outcome of creating a market-leading service delivery model.
- Works with our commercial team to ensure market demands and client solutions are properly accounted for within our pricing models, proposals and other client facing collateral.
- direct and fund of funds focused on Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Credit
- global exposure to key fund markets a plus – e.g. Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Ireland, Luxembourg
- Sound grasp of the technology available in the US and global markets to service Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Credit funds. Experience working across 3 Fund types is a notable advantage.
- Proven ability to effectively interface with and lead meetings with C-suite level executives and/or Investment Management team members.
- Ability to clearly articulate a strong understanding of the US Regulatory market and its continuous changing nature for the Alternative Investment Industry is strongly desired.
- Team-spirited, technically skilled and entrepreneurial-minded people manager with 5 year of leading a team of 3 staff.
