High School Teacher
Job Summary
Under the immediate direction of the principal, to provide an education program for High School students and assist other school programs as assigned.
Reports to : Building Principal / Assistant Principal
Qualifications
- New Mexico Teaching License in Secondary Education
- Bachelor's Degree, including all courses needed to meet licensure requirements
- Passage of New Mexico State Licensure Testing
- Passage of the New Mexico Assessment of Teacher Competency in Secondary Education
- Passage of New Mexico Content Knowledge Assessment in area of specialty taught
- Endorsement or License in the area of specialty taught
- Valid New Mexico Driver's License
- Evidence of Leadership Ability
- Demonstrate Communication Skills
- Demonstrate Public Relations Skills
- Must complete a finger-print background check
