Aztec Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Drain Specialist to join our growing team in Fort Myers. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial drainage systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve drain issues, including clogs, leaks, and backups.
- Perform hydro jetting, snaking, camera inspections, and pipe descaling.
- Assess and recommend solutions for sewer and drain system repairs or replacements.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and proposed solutions clearly.
- Maintain and operate company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
- Follow all safety and plumbing codes to ensure high-quality work.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in drain cleaning, sewer line repairs, and hydro jetting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and drainage solutions.
- NexStar training or certification is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including crawl spaces and outdoor environments.
