Job Overview:
A leading provider of plumbing solutions is seeking a Plumbing Commercial Sales Advisor to drive business development and expand commercial and HOA partnerships. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with a track record of success in B2B sales, prospecting, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new commercial and HOA accounts, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with property managers, facility directors, and key decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Technology & Data Utilization: Leverage Salesforce, AI-powered sales tools, and CRM platforms to enhance prospecting and engagement.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Pay Range: Base Salary Commission (Average Earnings $100,000 per year)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience – Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, construction, or home services.
- Business Development & Prospecting Skills – A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new accounts.
- Technology Proficiency – Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, AI-driven sales tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to effectively engage, influence, and build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently, drive results, and consistently meet performance objectives.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required) – Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services is an advantage.
