Aztec Shops seeks an experienced leader to fill the role of Director of Real Estate & Business Development. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the organization's real estate portfolio, focusing on multi-unit residential properties for student and faculty housing and leasing retail space in existing and new properties.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience in real estate and contract management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products, are also necessary.
The successful candidate will lead a dynamic division, comprising the real estate portfolio and conference services business, and will be accountable for budgeting and forecasting efforts for residential and commercial real estate assets.
