The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Administrative Assistant for a remote / office role. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our team — assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. While this position is remote, it requires the ability to seamlessly transition to in-office work as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the team to manage and prioritize administrative tasks.
- Maintain and optimize the organizational digital filing system.
- Assist in planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support internal and external communications, responding to queries as necessary.
- Create and distribute reports, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of operations.
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible team player who can work well in a remote/office shift environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
