The individual will be a key part of our customer service team and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience.Job Responsibilities :
- Answering phone calls and online queries related to our products and services
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Desired Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED required
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
