Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground mounts.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluate the optimal placement of solar panels to maximize efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations during installations to ensure the safety of all team members and property.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to solar systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients about their solar systems and maintenance needs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any malfunctions as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in solar technology or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in solar installation, electrical work, or construction is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic mechanical skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical endurance and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
