Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our fast-growing and award-winning medical spa! The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detailed oriented, analytical thinker. Our goal is to support a thriving, long-term, and successful career. You will be joining our team of over 60 talented medical and spa professionals, all dedicated to bringing you the latest advances in medical aesthetics, skin care, body therapy, and Cosmetic surgery in Southwest Florida.
About the Role:
The Inventory Specialist will work directly under the supervision of the Regional Manager and in collaboration with the Operations Manager. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for conducting inventory analysis, future planning, and control procedures and ensuring efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies.
Primary job responsibilities:
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages.
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels at both locations.
- Record daily deliveries and shipments and reconcile inventory.
- Place orders and replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Analyze data and anticipate future needs.
- Collaborate with Operations to assure that business goals for sales are being met.
- Develop pull through strategies and work with Operations Manager help with sales goals.
- Identify opportunities and growth areas for practice.
- Travel to other locations may be required.
- Additional duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements:
- Experience with managing inventory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and follow-through.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member within the organization.
