The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team as a Mixologist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing bar inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, coolers, and storage areas.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• One to three years of experience in a high-volume bar environment.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification.
• Certification in California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles.
