Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing friendly, courteous, and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests. This includes greeting all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner, taking guest food and beverage orders, describing menu items, ingredients, and methods of preparation, suggesting menu products to customers, and clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, responsive, and respectful to all guests.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to the hotel's standards and procedures.
- Operate a cash register/POS and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately counting and providing change to customers as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
- Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
