As a Customer Service Agent with Azul, you will perform airport activities that involve:
Providing the best customer service experience in the market;
Ticketing and baggage check-in process;
Ensuring all customers have proper documentation to travel;
Boarding and deplaning passengers;
Escorting minors and disabled passengers;
Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times;
Provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers;
Promote safety conscious behaviors at workplace environment;
Assist international passengers during Customs and Border Protection processing.
This position requires the following prerequisites:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent;
- Authorized to work in the US;
- Pass pre-employment background check;
- Pass pre-employment drug testing;
- Speak Portuguese fluently;
- Work in a fast paced environment;
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and US Customs security badges;
- Authorized to travel to Brazil if necessary for training;
- Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
