Azuma leasing has been in the appliance leasing industry for over 20 years and has grown as an industry leader in appliance leasing in particular washer and dryer rentals. AZUMA rents major brand washers, and dryers to customers throughout the U.S. We offer low rates, free maintenance, and top- notch customer service. AZUMA mainly uses Whirlpool brand equipment and is an authorized provider for Whirlpool service company.
The right candidate for this position will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as be able to multi-task at a high level. You will be responsible for inventory control, warehouse management, promoting our services to apartment communities, delivering and installing appliances, as well as ensuring our customers are provided with the highest level of service. This individual will be responsible for all operational activities as well as be the primary point of contact for customer retention and serve as the brand ambassador to the market. Job responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for the branch, including performance management, inventory management, and maintaining all warehouse and operational standards.
- Manage and direct activities of installation team, including, onboarding, and ongoing training.
- When necessary, drive a box truck and deliver appliances in a safe and efficient manner
- Warehouse organization, pull, load, deliver and pickup equipment
- Maintain and improve field operations identifying and resolving customer problems
- Visit apartment communities to deliver marketing materials and ensure communities are happy with our services
- Completing inventory audits and analyses
- Maintain inventory supply and proper control of all inventories
- Managing field operations technology devices and implementing process improvement
Requirements:
- Successful candidate will have at least 2 years managing teams in a warehouse or delivery environment.
- Must be able to climb a minimum of 3 flights of stairs and be able to move appliances with a manual dolly. Also, must be able to lift, push or pull between 40 lbs. – occasionally up to 125 lbs. Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Must have and maintain valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work in extremely fast paced environment and be able to multi-task
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel or other related software is required
