What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring top-tier resident care and compliance.
- Support the Executive Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven leader with experience in healthcare management (long-term care preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) or equivalent experience in a related field.

Requirements
- Bachelor/associate degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in assisted living or long-term care
- Flexibility with scheduling- full time day shift, may include night and weekend fill ins
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Computer skills including time and attendance, Microsoft Word, email
