As a Concierge/Receptionist at Azura Living, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and supportive environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position requires a passion for exceptional customer service and a caring, compassionate attitude.
Part Time Hours Available:
- 4:00pm-7pm
Job Duties:
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
- Greeting visitors and guiding them to their destination within the company.
- Takes and delivers messages for various personnel.
- Provides callers with information such as the company address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related details.
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
- Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services.
- Provides clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Maintains the community center area, including light housekeeping and ensuring the coffee bar is in order.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- (1) year of experience in a clerical position
- possess a pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
- must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
