This individual will spearhead our transformative programming.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the effective and economical operation of all departments, providing thorough, tactful leadership and supervision to ensure the company's goals and objectives are accomplished efficiently while adhering to established standards and budgetary allocations.
- Monitor each department, communicate and interpret policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and assist, coach, and discipline staff as necessary.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives businesses into the community.
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures for residents, ensuring full compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Health related field.
- Minimum of three years of managerial experience preferably in the senior living, health care or hospitality industries.
- Previous management experience includes hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
