What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality of Life Coordinator position at Azura Memory Care?
The Quality-of-Life Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other conditions. These activities will promote the residents' physical, mental, and social well-being.
Job Duties:
- Enhances residents' mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
- Empowers staff to consistently practice the program.
- Ensures appropriate presentation and facilitation of activity programs.
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates resident activities monthly.
- Provides program content materials for activity planning.
- Develops arts and crafts program, entertainment, and community integration activities.
- Maintains a supply of materials for sensory cart and activity list.
Part Time Hours Available:
- 9AM-5PM
