Job Responsibilities :
- Staff Scheduling : Generate and manage schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Punch Details Review : Review weekly punch details and bonus eligibility for accuracy.
- Certified Hours Calculation : Track and calculate certified hours for the nursing department.
- Payroll Management : Maintain attendance records and process payroll changes for employees.
- Contact Database : Maintain an up-to-date contact list of clinical care employees.
- Employee Follow-Ups : Conduct follow-ups with newly hired CNAs and Nurses to ensure checklist completion.
- Additional Duties : Take on tasks assigned by the Staffing Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
