Job Summary:
The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and overall management of a clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care while driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth. This role oversees clinical operations, financial performance, staff management, community engagement, and regulatory compliance, aligning all efforts with the clinic’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance clinic growth and service expansion.
- Set performance goals in collaboration with leadership and track key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for new programs, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of care.
- Manage resource allocation, facility planning, and technology adoption.
- Establish and uphold clinic policies and procedures.
Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Monitor revenue cycles, billing, and reimbursement processes.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and oversee financial reporting.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing clinical and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports professional growth.
- Ensure staff adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
Community Engagement & Advocacy
- Represent the clinic in community and industry forums to strengthen relationships.
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, local organizations, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and revenue management.
- Knowledge of mental health regulations, insurance, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and drive organizational growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
