Pay Range $118,000 - $135,000

Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs and requirements
- Understand the current system and how it functions
- Assist in design of applications based on business requirement
- Test upgrades and modifications to the system
- Create manual and automated test scenarios
- Test the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines
- Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
- Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
- Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience and understanding of Agile
- JIRA experience a plus
Clearance:
Active/current Top Secret clearance required.
