What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Social Worker - Lee School position at Azusa Unified?
Under the direction of the School Principal, a School Social Worker provides social services and
interventions to students and their families within the District. These services include therapy,
individual and group therapy, and participation as part of the multidisciplinary team of professionals
working within the school setting and District. To be considered for this position the following documents are required: A valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Social Work, a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), and a valid Clinical Social Work (LCSW) License also preferable. CBEST Card, and English Language Learners Authorization. Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in a position performing pupil personnel services in school social work and/or school-based mental health.
