- Hands-on experience with mRNA starting materials from a quality/CMC perspective, particularly those used in the production of drug substances.
- Knowledge of the raw materials used in the production of mRNA and their applications, with a specific focus on materials supplied to clients.
- Ensure appropriate validation systems, supplier qualifications, and ISO certifications are in place, tailored to the manufacturing needs but not necessarily fully GMP compliant.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with required quality standards and certifications without full GMP compliance.
- Provide guidance on setting up and maintaining a quality system fit for the purpose of mRNA production.
Salary: $85/hr
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's in STEM; Master's preferred
- Familiarity with the quality systems and requirements necessary for handling mRNA type products.
- Proven track record in managing quality systems related to the raw materials and starting materials used in mRNA products, especially as they relate to drug substances.
