We are currently seeking an Equipment Maintenance Coordinator-Metrology to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and performance of our metrology equipment, ensuring it meets all regulatory standards and operational requirements. The successful candidate will coordinate the maintenance, calibration, and repair of metrology equipment, supporting our mission of delivering high-quality GxP services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and calibrations for metrology equipment
- Maintain records of equipment performance and calibration history
- Collaborate with the metrology team to address equipment issues
- CMMS Administration & Process Improvements:
- Align Maximo and Brightly CMMS equipment inventory with physical inventory
- Keep accurate records of equipment and work orders in CMMS
- Identify and implement CMMS process improvements
- Assist in vendor management and calibration service oversight
- Support training on equipment usage and best practices
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, metrology, or CMMS administration
- Hands-on experience with CMMS software (Maximo, Brightly, SAP, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and compliance standards
- Proficient in data entry, reporting, and process optimization in CMMS
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
