Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Supplier Quality Management System.
- Assist the team in vendor qualification activities by:
- Timely logging and tracking requests from the global audit team related to suppliers.
- Collaborating with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and provide accurate information to support vendor qualification efforts.
- Support the Vendor Change Notification (VCN) process by:
- Logging VCNs and initiating inquiries to relevant SMEs as required.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of non-specific client Approved Supplier Lists (ASLs).
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and global regulatory requirements.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a Supplier Quality function.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- On-site presence vis required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Trackwise, Veeva, and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of ICH Q7, Q9, and Q10 guidelines is highly desirable.
Hourly Range: $30-$35/hr
