Job Overview:
As a Roofing Appointment Setter, your role is to network with homeowners in areas impacted by storms, identify homes that may have roof damage, and schedule free roof inspections. No sales are involved—your primary responsibility is to set appointments and build rapport with homeowners.
Compensation:
- Earn 2.5% of the total roof value for every roof approved through the appointments you set.
- Receive a base payment of $150 per appointment if the roof is denied by insurance.
- High earning potential based on your performance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Networking: Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to engage with homeowners about potential storm damage to their roofs.
- Set Appointments: Schedule free roof inspections for our specialists to assess storm damage.
- Educate Homeowners: Clearly explain the inspection process and the benefits of working with B&A Roofing.
- Build Referrals: Develop relationships to generate additional leads through referrals.
- Recordkeeping: Use company tools to maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and homeowner interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with inspection and sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of appointments.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work outdoors.
- No prior experience necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
- Previous experience in customer service, door-to-door sales, or a similar role is a bonus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
