B & B Maintenance of Maryland has an opening for a part time Maintenance Tech in the Dahlgren, Virginia area. This position is approximately 4-5 hours in the morning Monday through Friday. Background check is required.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Stocking restrooms
- Pick up trash from parking lots
- Change lightbulbs
- Blow leaves
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
