B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Lead Day Porter to join our team in North Chicago, Illinois. We are looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, has the drive to make sure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and can work and communicate well with others. Someone who will do their absolute best to maintain a clean and safe workplace for our location and our team.
Compensation & Hours:
- B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $19-21/hour.
- Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Work with day staff to keep assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested
- Respond to work tickets in a timely manner
- Complete daily inspections with iAuditor
- Report building deficiencies, change light bulbs as needed
- Operate, clean, and maintain robotic equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office
Requirements
- Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented.
- Fluent in English
- Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
- Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, and documents within google drive from both a computer and smart phone.
- Ready to learn, grow, and succeed within our company!
Salary : $19 - $21
