Description
The Robotic Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the on-site cleaning robots, training new robotic operators, and working alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the robotic operations on site.
- Perform routine maintenance & inspections on cleaning robots.
- Ensure any and all robotic operators are trained correctly & assist operators with troubleshooting as needed.
- Create and maintain the robotic maps.
- Report any issues with the cleaning robots, as well as any safety issues.
- Work alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks.
- Present a professional and positive attitude with clients, employees, and office personnel with direct contact, emails, text and phone calls.
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Be respectful of all B and B Maintenance and client owned property.
- Grow with the company as a utility employee, wearing multiple hats.
Compensation & Hours:
- B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $18-22/hour.
- Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.
- Schedule - M-F, 7:30am-4pm

Requirements
- Reliable and on time transportation to work and for various job site visits as needed.
- Strong understanding of technology & experience with Google Gsuite, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Candidates should be reliable, trustworthy, self motivated, and have great communication skills.
- Ready to learn, grow, and succeed within our company!
- 18 years old.
- Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify.
